Method

Mix the curry powder with a little of the stock. Add the peeled, chopped onion and apple with the curry paste and egg white to the stock. Clear the stock without whisking. Flavour the consommé to taste with lemon juice and salt. It is well to make certain that the curry flavour is strong enough during the clearing process as no curry powder can be added l
