  • 1 lb. outer sticks of celery
  • 1 onion
  • ¾ oz. butt

Method

Proceed as in Basic Recipe. Cook the celery without boiling or it will become stringy and difficult to sieve. If cut in ½-in. lengths it is easy to sieve.
