  • 1 pt. or 1 medium can okra
  • 2 large tomatoes

Method

Slice the okra pods and cook them with the sliced tomatoes, bacon, parsley stalks and the beans in boiling stock until tender. Rub through a hair or nylon sieve; reheat and season. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
