  • 1 rounded teasp. curry powder
  • 1 oz. flour
  • 1 oz.

Method

In a saucepan fry the curry powder and flour in the butter for a few minutes. Add the milk and boil the soup; stir and simmer for 5 min. Cook the rice separately and add it to the hot soup; season to taste. Remove soup from heat and stir in the cream.
