Ingredients

  • ½ pt. brown sauce
  • ¼ pt. cider
  • ½ bay leaf

Method

Mix all the ingredients and simmer the sauce to reduce it to the required thickness. Strain the sauce.

Serve with braised ham, pork or duck.
