  • ¼ pt. mayonnaise
  • ¼–½ Pt. aspic jelly

Method

Have the mayonnaise really stiff and the jelly liquid but cold. Fold the jelly carefully into the mayonnaise. Use the aspic mayonnaise when it is beginning to thicken.
