Brandy Sauce (2)—Rich

• ¼ pt. thin cream
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 dessertsp. light Ba

Mix all the ingredients in a basin. Set the basin over a saucepan of boiling water and whisk steadily until the mixture thickens.
