  • 6 fresh chillies (small red peppers)
  • 1 pt. vinegar


Chop the chillies roughly. Boil the vinegar, pour it hot on to the chillies, cover and allow to cool. Bottle the vinegar for 3 weeks, strain and rebottle.

Use in salad dressing.
