Ingredients

  • 1 pt. malt vinegar
  • 2 oz. grated horseradish
  • 1 teasp.<

Method

Simmer all the ingredients for 20 min. Cool and then strain the vinegar. Bottle when cold.

Use a very little with other vinegar in salad dressings.
