  • 2 oz. chopped salt pork or bacon diced or pork sausage meat
  • 2 onions
  • 4


Brown the pork, bacon or sausage in its own fat, lift it out of the pan. Chop the onion. In the pork fat cook the onion and celery for 5 min., then remove them. Dice the apples and in the same fat fry them till tender and brown. Mix all the ingredients together.

Use with duck, goose or pork.
