Veal Stuffing or Forcemeat

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz. chopped suet or margarine
  • 1 tablesp. chopped parsley
  • 1 teasp. chopped mixed herbs
  • nutmeg
  • grated rind of ½ lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 beaten egg

    Method

    Mix together all the ingredients and season to taste. Use for veal and poultry, fish or vegetables.
