Fried Flounders

Cooking time—10–15 min. according to size

Ingredients

  • Flounders
  • salt
  • egg and breadcrumbs
  • fat for frying
  • fried parsley

Method

Clean the fish and 2 hr. before required rub them inside and out with salt, to make them firm. Wash and dry them thoroughly, dip into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat. Serve garnished with parsley.
