  • Beef marrow bones
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • hot buttered toast
  • parsley


Season the marrow with salt, pepper and lemon juice, breaking down the marrow with a fork. Spread on fingers of hot buttered toast. Place in a hot oven to heat and serve very hot. Sprinkle with finely-chopped parsley.
