  • Remains of roast hare
  • butter
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper

Method

Separate meat into neat pieces, brush with oiled butter and season highly. Grill under a hot grill until well browned, turning frequently and brushing with more butter if necessary.

Serve very hot. Serve with sauce or gravy.
