  • 6 ears or cobs of corn, freshly picked
  • 2 oz. butter
  • seasoning

Method 1

Remove outer and inner husks and the silk. Melt the butter in a roasting-dish. Roll the cobs in it, so that they are lightly coated with butter. Season. Roast in a fairly hot oven (375° F., Gas 5), turning them frequently.
