Method

Cut the bananas into rounds ⅛ in. thick and put them into a salad bowl containing about 1 tablesp. lemon juice. Mix lightly, and pile in the dish. Coat with salad dressing or mayonnaise, sprinkle with parsley. Arrange watercress around the dish and sprinkle it with French dressing.
