Ingredients

  • ½ lb. stewed chestnuts
  • 1 dessert apple
  • 2 celery hearts

Method

Cut the chestnuts into fairly large pieces. Dice the apple, shred the celery. Mix lightly with the dressing. Pile on a dish decorated with small, crisp lettuce leaves. Garnish with curled celery.
