  • ½ small cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½

Method

Reserve the best lettuce leaves and shred the rest. Slice the cucumber thinly, skin and slice the tomatoes, slice the radishes. Leave the onions whole. Mix the shredded lettuce leaves lightly with some of the cucumber, radishes and salad dressing. Line a salad bowl with the lettuce leaves.
