Mayonnaise

• 3 rounded teasp. flour
• 1 teasp. castor sugar
• 1

Proceed as in preceding recipe, mixing the flour with the sugar, salt, mustard and pepper, and adding the melted butter or margarine before the egg yolk, etc. Bring just to the boil to cook flour.
