  • 3 oz. rice
  • pt. milk
  • pinch of salt

Method

Wash the rice and let it simmer in the milk with the salt until cooked. Add ½ oz. sugar. While the rice is cooking wipe the apples and chop them roughly; put them in a saucepan with the butter, cinnamon and 3 tablesp.
