  • 1 oz. stoned raisins
  • 6 oz. corn meal
  • 2 pt.

Method

Grease, then decorate a basin with the raisins. Mix the meal with a little of the cold milk; infuse the lemon rind in the remainder of the milk for 15 min. Remove the lemon rind; pour the boiling milk over the blended com meal, stirring well. Return to the pan, add the sugar, and simmer gently for 10
