  • pt. milk
  • 3 eggs


Blend the cornflour with a little of the cold milk and put the rest of the milk to boil. Pour the boiling milk on to the blended cornflour, stirring well. Return to pan, reboil 2–3 min.; remove from heat. Work together the eggs and sugar, and when the cornflour mixture is cooler add this to the worke
