Steamed Batter Pudding

Cooking time—2 hr.

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. milk
  • ¼ teasp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ lb. plain flour

Method

Prepare the mixture as in previous recipe. Pour it into a well-greased pudding basin. Cover with a greased paper and steam for 2 hr. Serve with a fruit- or sweet-sauce.
