• 1 pt. batter as for Batter Pudding
• 2 tablesp. dripping

Prepare and cook as for Batter Pudding but cook the pudding in meat dripping. Start cooking on the top shelf above the meat and finish off below the meat on a lower shelf.

Serve with roast beef.
