Ingredients

  • 2 oz. plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 dessertsp. s

Method

Sift together the flour and salt. Mix to a smooth consistency with the oil and water. Beat well and leave to stand for at least 30 min. Just before using, stiffly whisk the egg white and then stir it lightly into the batter.
