Method

Grease a pt.pudding basin or mould. Cream together the fat and sugar until soft and lighter in colour. Beat in the eggs gradually. Add the lemon rind. Stir in lightly the sifted flour and baking-powder. Pour into the basin or mould. Cover with a greased paper. Steam 1½ hr. Turn o
