  • 1 teasp. baking-powder

Grease a 2-pt. basin. Sift together the flour, salt and baking-powder. Rub in the fat. Add the sugar and cocoa. Mix to a soft dropping consistency with the beaten eggs and milk. Add vanilla essence to taste. Put the mixture in the basin; cover. Steam for 2 hr. Serve with
