Grease a -pt. pudding basin. Sift together the flour, salt and baking-powder. Rub in the fat and add the sugar and grated lemon rind. Mix to a soft dropping consistency with the beaten egg, lemon juice and milk. Put the pudding into the greased basin and cover with a piece of greased paper. Ste
