Grease a 2 pt. pie-dish.

Cream together the butter and sugar until soft. Beat in the egg yolks. Add the grated lemon rind and the sifted flour. Stir in the milk and lemon juice. Fold in the stiffly-whisked egg whites. Pour the mixture into the buttered pie-dish. Bake in a moderate oven (3
