  • 3 oz. cornflour
  • 2 pt. milk
  • 2 oz.


Blend cornflour with a little of the milk to a thin cream. Boil remainder of the milk with the butter. Pour over blended cornflour, return to pan and cook thoroughly. Add sugar and sherry; pour into a wetted mould. Turn out when cold and serve with wine sauce.<
