Ingredients

  • ¾ pt. water
  • 1 wineglass sherry (optional)
  • ¼ pt.

Method

Put all ingredients into a pan and allow to soak 5 min. Whisk over gentle heat until near boiling-point. Do not boil or the eggs will curdle. Strain through muslin and pour into a prepared mould.

This is a delicious and nutritious sweet for an invalid.
