  • ½ oz. peeled pistachio nuts


Make the jelly and allow to cool. Chop green pistachio nuts finely and stir into 2 tablesp. jelly. Set the nut jelly in the bottom of a mould. Beat the bananas to a purée and half-whip the cream. Stir the banana purée into the remaining jelly; add cream and fold together lightly. Fill up the mould a
