  • 1 pt. apple pulp
  • 1 pt. syrup
  • 2 tablesp.

Method

Stew the apples with a nummum amount of water. Pass through a nylon sieve and stir the pulp into the hot syrup. When cold, add the lemon juice and carmine. Chill and freeze.
