Lemon Water Ice

• 6 lemons
• 2 oranges
• 1½ pt. syrup

Thinly peel the fruit and place the rind in a basin. Add the hot syrup, cover and cool. Add the juice of the lemons and oranges. Strain, chill and freeze.
