Ingredients

  • 1 pt. water
  • 8 oz. loaf sugar
  • ½ p

Method

Dissolve the sugar in the water. Boil it for 10 min., strain and cool. Add the lemon juice and the stiffly beaten egg whites. Freeze and serve at once.
