Ingredients

  • 1 pt. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz. castor

Method

Heat the milk. Beat together eggs and sugar. Add the hot milk, stirring continuously. Return to pan and cook without boiling until custard coats the back of a wooden spoon. Strain, cover and cool.
