Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tablesp. lemon juice
  • ½ pt. cream

Method

Peel and slice the bananas, cover with lemon juice. Pass fruit through a nylon sieve. Add the half-whipped cream, cold custard if used, and sugar. Chill and freeze.
