Ingredients

  • 4 oz. plain chocolate
  • ½ gill water
  • ½ pt.

Method

Break chocolate roughly, place in pan, add water. Dissolve over low heat. Add melted chocolate to the custard. Cool. Add the half-whipped cream and vanilla to taste. Chill and freeze.
