Ingredients

  • 3 teasp. instant coffee
  • ½ gill hot water
  • ½ pt.

Method

Dissolve the coffee in the hot water. Cool. Half whip the cream and add castor sugar. Fold in the dissolved coffee. Chill and freeze.
