  • 14 marshmallows
  • ¼ pt. evaporated milk
  • ¼ pt. fru


Melt the marshmallows in the evaporated milk over hot water. Cool. Add the fruit purée and sugar. Lastly fold in the half-whipped cream. Pour into the tray and freeze at medium. Stir once after the first ½ hr. and continue to freeze for a further 1½ hr.
