Ingredients

  • 1 family brick ice cream
  • ½ lb. strawberries
  • ¼ pt.

Method

Cut the family brick, which must be firm, in half horizontally. Cover the lower half with halves of strawberries. Sprinkle with castor sugar and replace the top half. Pipe with rosettes of cream and place small strawberries all over the top. Dredge with castor sugar and serve immediately.
