  • 1 pt. ice cream mixture, any flavour
  • 4 oz. mixed candied fruits
  • pistachio nuts

Method

Chop the fruits and nuts into small pieces. Half freeze the ice cream mixture, mix in the chopped fruits and nuts. Complete the freezing. Serve with Melba sauce.
