Ingredients

  • 8 oz. plain flour
  • teasp. salt
  • oz.

Method

Mix flour and salt, rub in fat. Add other dry ingredients and mix to a light dough with egg and milk. Roll out on a floured board ½ in. thick, cut out and fry as for yeast doughnuts.
