Ingredients

  • The basic mixture baked in small bun tins
  • 1 small can apricots
  • ¼ pt. packet lemon jelly

Method

Whilst the buns are cooling, drain the apricots from the syrup. Make up the syrup to just under ¼ pt. with water, bring to the boil and pour on to the jelly. Stir until dissolved and leave to cool until it is just starting to thicken. To make the baskets: Put an apricot, round side uppermo
