Chocolate Sandwich

• 3½ oz. self-raising flour
• ½ oz. cocoa

Grease and line an 8-in. sandwich tin. Sift the flour, cocoa and salt. Cream the fat until soft, add sugar, and beat until the mixture is light in colour and fluffy in texture. Add the eggs one at a time with 1 tablesp.
