  • ½ oz. cornflour
  • 1 gill milk
  • 1 oz.

Method

Blend the cornflour in a little cold milk. Put the remaining milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring to boiling–point. Pour the boiling milk on to the blended cornflour, stirring all the time, return the mixture to the saucepan and boil for 3 min. Add the butter and flavourings and lastly the beaten e
