For Savoury Pies and Canapés

  • 4 oz. flour
  • pinch of dry mustard
  • pinch of s


Sift flour, mustard and seasonings. Cream butter till very soft and white. Add flour, grated cheese and enough egg yolk and water to mix to a stiff dough. Bake in a fairly hot oven (400° F., Gas 6).
