Ingredients

  • 1 lb. plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 oz. butt

Method

Sift the flour and salt. Rub in the butter, add the sugar and finely grated lemon rind and mix to a stiff dough with beaten egg and a little cold water, if necessary.

Use as required.
