  • 4 thin slices of cooked ham
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1–2 tablesp. sw

Method

Spread each slice of ham on a board, trim off surplus fat. Mix the cream cheese and chutney together, spread over the ham and roll. Put on to lettuce leaves. If wished cut the slices into 1-in. lengths and instead of putting on to lettuce leaves put on small buttered biscuits and garnish with wat
