  • 1 small can of sardines
  • 1 tablesp. white or tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper


Remove the bones and mash the sardines. Mix with the white or tomato sauce (if using white sauce, add a few drops of anchovy essence). Season, blend with a few drops of lemon juice and the cheese.
